The mission of Fredericksburg FFA is to develop leaders, strengthen agriculture, and serve our community through hands-on learning, career development, and a commitment to excellence. We strive to cultivate personal growth, premier leadership, and career success in every member while upholding the proud traditions of agriculture and our local community. Fredericksburg FFA is dedicated to “Continuing the Tradition of Excellence.”

Activities conducted to improve members' identity and self-awareness. These activities should reflect members' unique talents and potential by reinforcing their human and employability skills. The activities should enhance members' quality of life and contribute to their life goals and development.

Activities conducted to articulate and promote agricultural programs, practices, policies, and/or education elicit action.
